Who is responsible

Kiosque à Songes is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at contact@kiosqueasonges.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you send us yourself through the contact form, your email address and your message. We use them solely to reply to you, and we never sell or share them for marketing.

Lawful basis

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, we rely on your consent, given by ticking the box on the contact form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

Who processes it

Messages are passed on by a script hosted by Google (Google Apps Script) and stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet that only the site's team can open. Google and our host, Cloudflare, may process data outside the United Kingdom under the safeguards they provide.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which passes your IP address to Google when a page is displayed. Our host may set a strictly necessary security cookie, which the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations allow without consent.

How long we keep it

Contact form data is kept for as long as it takes to deal with your message, then deleted.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent. To use any of these rights, write to contact@kiosqueasonges.com. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
