Kiosque à Songes is an independent publication about new vape kit. Every release, whether a pod, a pod mod or a mod, is unfolded like the morning paper, with three questions in mind. What has changed since the previous generation? Who is the new model really for? What should you check before you buy it?

How we work

A manufacturer's announcement is not news. We read the spec sheets, set them against the model being replaced and point out what is only a change of name. When something cannot be checked, we say so rather than guess.

Who writes it

Articles are written by Lucie Montfort, who follows new kit for the kiosk and reads every piece again before it goes out. She favours what makes a difference in use over a list of features.

Our independence

Kiosque à Songes takes no payment from manufacturers in exchange for coverage. Affiliate links may exist and never shape what we write. Sponsored content, if there is any, is labelled as such.

UK readers

Our English pages are written with the United Kingdom in mind. Kit sold in the UK follows the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016, which cap nicotine e-liquid strength at 20 mg/ml and tank capacity at 2 ml, so figures quoted for other markets may not match what is on sale here. Single-use vapes have been banned from sale across the UK since June 2025 and we do not cover them. Nicotine vaping products are not for sale to anyone under 18.
